Updated watch to 6 and now miskey and Minnie won’t tell me the time when I tap

Mickey and Minnie will not tell me the time since updating to 6

Sweep up on your watch face to control panel and see if you inadvertently tapped on a Mute icon. If that was OK...go to your Watch Settings scroll to CLOCK and turn on Speak Time and Always Speak. If that doesn't work, remove the watch faces from your watch...then reinstall them.

Ok figured out how to reinstall her, but she and Mickey still do not tell the time. I read that this update would fix issues with Mickey and Minnie speaking time, but it was working before the update and now it isn’t.

None of the suggestions worked, so I removed it from my watch and now I don’t know how to reinstall them.

Tried all the above and shut down my watch, powered up and still she doesn’t speak the time. Really disappointed in the update, wish I could take it back.
