I used an Apple ID card
Apple ID Card Apple ID is a ready-made, non-recoverable email made and sold by sites.

After several years of use, the password and security questions have changed all at once
And I can't use my iPhone

How can I authenticate myself to retrieve the password for me?

You are welcome. You will need to contact Apple ID Support using the above links. I don't know what their current criteria for identifying people is.
