I just paid my Apple Music and everytime I click on a song or anything nothing plays and a screen just pops up that says “you are already an Apple Music member”

Sign out of your Apple ID, then sign in again:

In Settings- Your Name- iTunes & App Store - Apple ID- Sign out, sign back in
Close the music app and
Restart your iOS device. (until the Apple logo appears)
