I bought an used ipod nano model a1320 can I use it ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. I see you purchased a used iPod nano (5th generation) — Congratulations on the “new-to-you” iPod nano! 

I was able to find an iPod nano (5th generation) users guide which I think you’ll find helpful: iPod nano users guide. 

As you’ll see on page 19, the iPod nano required iTunes 9 or later. If your version of iTunes recognizes the iPod nano, you may be able to sync music to it.
