Since update

Since this latest update, I’m unable to print from my email on my phone and Marco Polo videos do not play in my hearing aids anymore like they did prior to the update.

If I'm understanding you right, since updating your iPhone you're no longer able to print from your email, and you're getting no sound in your hearing aid when using the Marco Polo app. I know how unexpected it can be to have issues with your devices after updating software. If Marco Polo is the only application on your iPhone in which you get no sound when using your hearing aid, this might indicate an issue with the app itself rather than with your iPhone. My recommendation would be to try out the troubleshooting steps listed here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open. Although the description of the issue described in that support article may not be exactly what you're experiencing, those steps are excellent for the issue with Marco Polo and your hearing aid.


As for the issue with printing, I'd like to know more about what's happening so I can provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps. Respond back answering the following questions:


  1. What exactly happens when you try to print from your email?
  2. Are you using the Mail app when this happens?
  3. Do you get a specific error? If so, what does it say?
