Remove and download the iOS update again

If you still can't install the latest version of iOS, try downloading the update again:

1. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
2. Find the iOS update in the list of apps.
3. Tap the iOS update, then tap Delete Update.
4. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.

If you don’t see the update in the list of apps or if the issue happens again, you need to update your device with iTunes

They still haven’t fixed the music app. So many issues with ios 13 that I HOPE I can go back to MUCH BETTER ios 12. I really hate ios 13. The music app becomes unresponsive and freezes. I exit it and close the music app and it still plays!! For a good 10-15 seconds or longer it will still play.

If it's not too late. I would suggest you don't upgrade. 13 is full of bugs. Standard apps like Podcasts just crash all the time or freeze on opening. I'm on 13.1.3 and wish I'd stayed on 12.

13.1.2 was fine for me. Upgraded to 13.1.3 and now Podcasts and Books crash on startup on my iPhone 8.
