Iphone 11 Pro Screen Brightness

I set my new Iphone 11 Pro to the brightest screen level. Later when I use the phone it has reset to a less than half the level of brightness. How do I stop this? Thanks

Check Autobrightness in Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size>Autobrightness .... (latest option at the very bottom) and, if you want, disable it.

This is what worked for me on my Iphone. Go to Settings, Face ID & Passcode and toggle off Attention Aware Features. No more dimming of my screen brightness.

To be clear, not saying your answer would not work. It just did not solve my case. It was one of the first things I tried. I sincerely appreciate your efforts though. Thanks to people like you we all get through some frustrating issues.

This did not work! Solved was supposed to be for the other suggested fix.

The fix that worked had to do with a setting in Face Recognition. I do not remember the exact details and now it no longer shows since the wrong fix was checked in error?!?
