Smart Controls Frozen

When I open a session the smart control panel is accessible and usable for the track that is highlighted. However, when I highlight a different track or instrument the smart control panel stays frozen on the previous track.

Track Header Components I am trying to view the "Freeze" Icon on the channel strips. I have right-clicked (Ctrl Clicked) the tracks and selected "Freeze." The track gets a bit longer - about an icon's size - but the "Freeze" icon does not display. "Input Monitoring" also does not appear. I've scanned the net for answers. Yes, I have stretched out the track and even widened it, but the icons do not appear. This seems to be a recent problem since I have used the "Freeze" option many times. Do you have any answers? Thank you

Why freezing makes no difference? Hi I just tried 50 tracks in Logic, with various plug ins, after 10 seconds it stops! so I tried freezing the tracks, and I get exactly the same message, why is this? Many thanks

GarageBand on iPadOS hangs when any edit is done I've used my iPad as a music scratchpad with GarageBand, my guitar and keyboard for the past few years. Lately I've noticed that the app essentially freezes whenever I make even the slightest edit like sliding an audio track down the timeline. It hangs for around a minute or so. It's pretty much unusable at this point. Has anyone noticed this issue with GarageBand 2.3.10?
