Powerbeats 3 not pairing

I saw a post from last March 2018 that someone had the same problem I am having. Suddenly, my Powerbeats3 will no longer connect to my iPhone A+. They still work with my iPad, but I cannot get my phone to see them. I have restarted my phone, I have fully charged both products, and I cannot find the Powerbeats on my iPhone
