Shutter sound when taking a picture

I don't hear a sound when I take a photo. I do hear a shutter sound when I take a portret.

Can anyone tell mee how to put on the sound of the shutter when taking a normal picture?

Make sure Live pictures is not enabled on the device

If you use the Live Photos feature — the option to makeeach picture a seconds-long mini video with audio — the shutter noise is automatically silenced.
