Activation Error iPad

Hi,


We currently have an Ipad Air 2 and have recently encountered a problem with it. Our iPad is not activating, we are connected to the WiFi but the activation fails giving us an activation error message stating it can not be completed. We then try to activate it on the most recent version of iTunes but when we try on there we receive a message saying that we can not continue with this activation at this time.


Any help on this will be much appreciated.
