screen time issues - disappeared from my iPhone after recent update

I updated my phone yesterday to iOS 13.1.2 and now the ability to access the family sharing screen time function has disappeared. If my kids request extra time etc it comes upon my MacBook, iPad but not on my phone (and watch). This is an issue as I don't always have those devices on me. Does anyone else have this problem? if so is there a solution?
