The Federal Government only requires that one party of the conversation give consent, and that includes the person recording as long as they are a party of the conversation. Also there are 38 States that only require “one party consent”.

Recording a call is illegal in many areas.
Other than putting your phone on speak and using a micro recorder there is no way to natively record a call.
