Find My Friend app deleted after latest software update iOS 13.1.2 on iPhone 8

My Find My Friend app was deleted after a software update. I cannot download it again either. It says "This app requires specific features not available on this device". Under Compatibility it says "Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone". The download button is shaded gray so I cannot even press it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem so I can redownload the app?

The app has been redesigned, renamed to Find My, is already on your phone, and may be found in the Extras folder
