What Antivirus App is recommended for iMac? My iMac is running very slow and beach balling. EtreCheck reported that it was running more than one antivirus app; CleanMyMac and MalwareBytes. MalwareBytes was added last year when the computer had a virus. I would appreciate any recommendations.

None. They are more trouble than its worth, and macOS is already capable enough of protecting itself.
MalwareBytes is not anti-virus. Its an Anti-Malware app, that can be useful to remove unwanted adware and nagware, but not specifically viruses.
CleanMyMac is the worst thing you can have installed. Its close to malware itself. Remove it.
