WiFi calling not working on MacBook Pro

After upgrading to Catilina on my 2017 Pro, the WiFi calling is not working. It’s enabled on my XS. Both are on the same network and on my phone, calls are allowed on Pro. Any suggestions?

wifi calling there is no way that i can turn on my wifi calling at all. when it tries to let me it says put in an address, when i do it says i can’t use that one, i have used many different ones to see if it will work. it never works no matter how hard i try and i need help fixing it
