Catalina / WebEx Cannot share Desktop or Apps

Cannot share Desktop or Apps during WebEx - I upgraded to Catalina Mac OS 10.15 and my Webex worked once, then when I tried it again, I was presented all kinds of pop-up boxes (that looked suspicious) and I denied them all during WebEx start up. Then I could not share any WebEx screens again.

Solved!!! went through Apple (Mac OS) support.

Check your Systems Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy settings.


Click the lock to make changes - and enter your password.


Check the box next to Cisco WebEx for all of the following:


Camera

Microphone

Input Monitoring

Full Disk Access

Screen Recording



While you are at it (if you have it) enable for Microsoft PowerPoint too.


Click the lock to prevent further changes.
