I have mistakenly click to the link provided in the email below and done my verification last night. Please advise the action needed as I need to avoid any hacking in future. Please solve.
Meanwhile, I have add my debit card as additional payment method for my iTunes and I received a message informed that my card has been charged for RM6.00. Please advise what is this about as I did not make any subscription or purchases.

That is a phishing email ('dear client' when iTunes knows your name etc.) - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
