Iphone 11/ios 13 facetime status bar and alarm clock icon

The status bar (clock, battery, connection) disappears during facetime and only comes back after multiple attempts of going back to home screen, and then disappears again after going back to home screen. The alarm set icon in the status bar disappeared from home screen. Minor issues, but still annoying to lose things that i relied on.

FaceTime sounds still active when iPhone is in silent mode When I have my iPhone set to silent (switch on left side of iPhone is set to silent), for whatever reason my FaceTime calls still come through with sound - and FaceTime is the only app that still produces sound when silent mode is on. Does anyone know how to fix this? Model: iPhone 12 IOS: 15.6.1 Thanks

Facetime Control Center Mic Mode and Video Effects not appearing during call During a Facetime call, when swiping the control center down, the Video Effects and Mic Mode are not present. Tried hard reset. Note: other apps that use the Camera (ex. Instagram) will show these controls when the same is performed. iPhone 12 running current 16.0.3.
