You're welcome. The problem is the hardware isn't compatible. Nothing that software can fix.

Thank you for your reply and the link. I am disappointed and hope Apple fix this in future updates. At a time when we worry so much about not scrapping perfectly working or repairable appliances to save the environment, backwards compatibility must be an integral elements in the ethics of businesses.
