If you hadn't cancelled it when you no longer needed it, and if you still haven't done so, you should do : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

I have tried so very hard to no avail to cancel my iTunes account of just £.79 and I can’t do it is there a phone number I can call
There isn't a phone number. Why can't you cancel the subscription ? Does it show ? If it does, what does it say ?
Than you for your reply have now realised the £.79 which I am paying is for my iCloud which I don’t want to cancel
