The advice given when this question was asked back in 2008 doesn't seem to work.
So, Can someone tell me please how I can send an email to all my contacts for a change of address?
Creating a new group seems top have defeated this brain as well!!

Make sure you use BCC so that all the emails addresses on the list are not exposed to all recipients.
I'm sure you'd need to split that into about 8 Groups & then your provider may limit how many on top of that, or how many a day you can send.
How many are in All Contacts?
