How to undo deleted text in Notes
Hi, I just inadvertently selected all and deleted the text from a note, when I was looking to select a portion of the text. How do I recover the text, the undo/redo typing doesn't seem to work like it does in Pages?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you mistakenly deleted the contents of a note and want to get that content back. I’m happy to help.
You can shake to undo that deletion and tap to “Undo Typing” and content will reappear.
