Your Mac can not find a macOS and is trying to boot to Internet Recovery— and can not connect to the server.
Some reason your macOS has been compromised, you can re-install from Recovery, bootable USBinstaller, or from a backup.
You may need a better internet connection to proceed otherwise.
Verify your Disk‚ Boot into Recovery (Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities> Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD. If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.

Hey Wdwmmdd,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you're seeing an error when trying to reinstall macOS. I definitely understand how important it is to get this resolved, and I'm happy to help.
If possible, I recommend trying the reinstall again, using a different Wi-Fi. This is especially a helpful step if the Wi-Fi you used is a work, school, or public connection when trying to reinstall. Also, just to make sure you're following the steps for reinstalling I wanted to share the following resource with you: Reinstall macOS
Thanks again, and have a great day!
