Iphone not does not turn on.
yesterday there was a black screen with white and blue dots, forcibly restarted, today the screen is black, it does not respond to forced restart

We can't diagnose that issue remotely, but if your XS doesn't respond to a forced restart, I suggest to have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
