I can't manage to backup my history chat in whatsapp with iCloud, so i'm asking whether itunes backup includes "whatsapp backup" (all the chats and photos). If so, are also videos inside the backup?

WhatsApp for iphones only backs up to iCloud. The backup is baked into the WhatsApp app itself and thus has nothing to do with Apple. For android phones, WhatsApp only backs up to Google.
That’s just the way WhatsApp has set things up with their App. It also means if changing platforms, you cannot restore your WhatsApp backup since WhatsApp has not built any mechanism to do that with their App’s backups.
