My Apple Watch display is black and white. I read online how to fix it but it’s not working. My watch isn’t set to gray scale. Can’t change it via the watch. Reset the watch. Nothing has worked. Help!

In your iPhone Watch App go to Accessibility and turn On then Off Grayscale. I know you said that is not the problem, but that is the only setting that can affect the color.
I tried that too...turning Greyscale on and then back off. Didn’t work.
The red (or whatever I pick) is the only color I get when Greyscale is off.
