Quick Time installation on iPad

We have ATT internet phone voicemail. When we go to open voicemail recordings a bubble comes up telling us to install QuickTime on our iPad. How do we do this? There doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. We keep getting directed to this support site.

You can’t. All the QuickTime functionality is already included with the OS. It is not something separate to add.

Did you use Safari or a different browser?

Try using the AT&T Voicemail Viewer app instead.
