iPad Air charges slowly

My IPad Air 3 charges very slowly. Much slower than my iPad Air 2. Is this normal?

Hello ! Could you please explain more about "Slower" ? Like, 40 mins charging fills about 20% or so ?

I'm currently using this iPad too, but i found it Normal and Suprisingly fast by using the iPad original Adapter (30 Mins charging Fills around 35 - 40%).
