This message will appear when you've entered the passcode incorrectly too many times. You can ignore the amount of time it says, as we'll need to restore your iPhone to make it useable again:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

You'll need a computer, and unless you're using macOS Catalina, make sure that iTunes is up to date:

Update to the latest version of iTunes

If you have a computer or iCloud backup, you can restore to that backup. Or just set up as new.
