Vehicle Bluetooth Connectivity Issues with iOS 13.1.3

I have a Honda Pilot 2016 and cannot connect Bluetooth since installing iOS 13.1.3. I’ve tried deleting my iPhone and repairing. My phone settings say I am connected but the call drops before it ever connects.

Is there a software fix in the works? Or any suggestions? Very frustrated because I need hands free driving to do my job!

I drive an Infiniti (also by Honda), and have connectivity issues since installing iOS 13. My bluetooth goes out every few seconds. It's frustrating because I cannot even use my phone on my phone's speakerphone. When I attempt to, my car's bluetooth picks up the call, then hangs up on it a few seconds later. So I cannot make or receive calls at all when in my car.

But I did discover something today- apple watch. If I answer an incoming call on my watch, it works and holds the call. So that's my workaround for now. Still not happy.
