How do I access messages stored in icloud
I have messages stored in icloud on an old device.... How do I access them without having to lose the info on my current device by uninstalling/restoring?

There isn’t a place to go where you can access the messages that are in iCloud. You are able to enable them by following the steps on the section titled “Turn on Messages in iCloud” here: Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support
