Is there a way to triangulate a lost phone that has died?

My granddaughter is autistic and somehow someone took her phone and lost it. I was getting a signal from it until last night. Is there anyway to triangulate the last known location of the phone before it died?

If the phone had Save Last Location enabled then it will appear when you go to https://apple.com/find

Where do I go on that long list of options to find the find?

I went there but did not ‘find’ anything. Guess I must not have had that saved.
