Logitech Slim Combo iPad Pro pairing problem

Since the latest iOS upgrade to 13, my Logitech Slim Combo keyboard has to be reconnected every time I turn off my iPad. Does anyone know how to correct this problem? The Keyboard has a Smart Connector that connects directly to the iPad—no on/off switch or battery.

Logitech folio keyboard not pairing Why can’t I pair my Logitech slim folio keyboard to my new 9 gen IPad? Both are brand new but my keyboard battery light simply wants to quickly flash a white light. In my Bluetooth menu on my iPad it shows the slim folio. It's shown a code to enter on my keyboard but, the code refuses to work and the pop-up goes away leaving the keyboard flashing white again. I’m looking for other options as I have exhausted all my choices up until now.

At first glance the update iOS 13.2.3 seems to have solved the problem for me (iPad Pro 10.5)

Bad news, the problem is still there, I had to disconnect and reconnect the Logitech keyboard for it to work.

I did and am waiting for a response. Since it only occurred after the iOS update, I thought Apple might have some pairing correction.
