Internet Issues over cellular after updating ios 13.1.3

Mine is Iphone7, and having internet issues on cellular since i updated ios 13.1.3 on Oct 15th 2019. Also, iphone lock takes time. Everything seems to be working perfect prior to upgrade. These issues doesn't seem to be on newer iphones.

Anyone facing this issues have a solution?
