Do color filters drain battery?

Hello,

I have recently set the colors filters of my new iPhone Xs Max to “Color Tint”; in order to reduce the yellowish screen look that bothered me a lot after switching from iPhone 6 Plus. My question is: does keeping these settings all time affects battery drainage? Like, if this option is disabled, will battery last longer than when it’s enabled? Also, does it reduce battery lifespan to keep these filter on all the time?
