iOS 13.1.2 - Bluetooth Phone Issues

Hi Apple,

Since upgrading to iOS 13.1.2 the bluetooth in my Isuzu Dmax has stopped working. This is extremely frustrating as I use the phone for work purposes and this issue has the potential to impact my ability to complete my work.

The phone connects to the bluetooth, however when there is a call in or out, the bluetooth drops out and I am unable to take the call.

Prior to this update, the bluetooth between my car and phone worked perfectly with no issues.

I have tried resetting the bluetooth and the phone by disconnecting both and reconnecting them. I have tried this several times and the issue still exists.

I have noticed that Apple are receiving a lot of the same feedback regarding this issue, so I'd like to know what is being done to address this issue and how far away the fix is?

It's my understanding that since updating to iOS 13.1.2, you're having Bluetooth issues in your Isuzu Dmax. I have some information for you on this. I'd suggest updating to iOS 13.1.3: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

iOS 13.1.3 does address issues with Bluetooth and car radio: About iOS 13 Updates

"Fixes an issue where Bluetooth may disconnect on certain vehicles

Improves connection reliability of Bluetooth hearing aids and headsets".
