It is most likely a scam

I would ignore it and stay away from that site

It is a scare tactic used to get one to buy products or services to "clean up" the device

Nobody in the world would know what is on your device - not even Apple. And, Apple would not contact you (because they do not know either). Simply ignore and do not share any information.
