boarding pass into Wallet

I have never had an issue before either. But, the American Airlines boarding pass will no longer download to my Apple Wallet. Error message is "Safari cannot download this file." My daughter is having same issue.

Not true for me. Since update when I try to load boarding pass from American into wallet which I’ve done dozens of time a message says can’t install in passbook at this time or some such thing. No other workaround other than to keep downloading from American app since the website disappears after a few minutes.

I just went back to the American Airlines app and then used that to add it to my wallet.

I also recently did an update. Really frustrating.

Exactly the same issue, even if I tried downloading the file as a separate item from the link. Won’t even start the download then times out.

I was able to locate my boarding passes in the American Airlines App. From the App I was able to add the boarding passes to my Apple Wallet.

Same. I’ve had nothing but issues with American Airlines website and trying to add my pass to the wallet but reading this thread and using their app solved my issue!

Same here. Trying to load my American Airlines boarding pass into Apple Wallet and it gives me an error stating that Safari cannot download.

Just go to back to the american airlines app after you have checked in to your flight and you can add it to apple wallet from there.

Yup. Just did that, no issues.

You have to download the American Airlines app, enter your FF or ticket info, then download the boarding passes to your phone from there. It will ask if you want to put it in your Wallet.
