No audio from my iPhone 6+'s game apps.

Hello.

How come my almost three weeks old, used iPhone 6+ (iOS v12.4.2) doesn't

play any audio from downloaded game apps (e.g., Crossy Road and EA's

Tetris)? Other non-game apps (ringers, Music, VLC, etc.) work fine with

their audios. I am just using the iPhone's internal audio speakers. I

already shut down and started up my iPhone to reboot it too. :( Also,

BlueTooth was disabled to ensure no conflicts.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re not hearing sound in some apps on your phone. I’m happy to help. I suggest taking a look at the articles below:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support

While the title of the second article may not specifically list your issue, those are great steps to try.

Ah, it was #1 (ringer/silent switch). In my iOS v12.4.2's sound setting, I had it for ringer. I didn't think this would affect apps' audios too. I thought it was only for ringers.
