paypal stuck on “processing” while logging in

Hi, my problem is that PayPal will prompt me with “Agree and Continue” when I am trying to add it to my payment options, and then it is stuck on the “Processing” page forever.

When i try to connect with PayPal through Safari, hit just circles endlessly. I then try to connect using firefox and it connects immedieately. Something is wrong that Safari won't connect Why won't Safari connect to PayPal? It just circles over and over. Firefox connects immediately
