Shortcut to open the Music EQ in Settings

Whenever I play Apple Music, I also invariably will be opening “Settings/Music/EQ” also.

I suspect the answer is ‘no’, but is there any way to create a Shortcut for this - automated or otherwise?

You can create a Shortcut with Shortcuts app with the following actions:

Play Music

URL

prefs:root=MUSIC&path=com.apple.Music:EQ

Safari

Open URL

Whenever the shortcut is invoked it starts playing music and opens EQ.
