Watch will not pair after factory reset and failed software update
My watch (3 non-LTE) was running older software, hadn't updated in a while due to capacity issues on the watch. When my iphone updated to 13.1.2 I was prompted to update the watchOS. That update failed* and now I can no longer pair my watch to my phone even after a factory reset of the watch.
*phone completed download to watch, I had to leave and take my phone with me before the watch fully completed the process of install. Didn't realize the phone needed to be present the entire process. Watch never worked from that point on until I performed hard factory reset maneuver.
The watch powers on and gets to the setup screen but my phone cannot see it. When I open the watch app on iphone it gets stuck on the software update screen, cannot find an update then asks if I want to reset my watch. I select yes and nothing happens - kicks me out to the "good afternoon please wait" screen on My Watch tab. If I tap "Start pairing" I get "Get Connected - To set up your apple watch make sure your iphone is connected...and turn on bluetooth"
Any ideas?
