When are we safe to go back to Apple and spend another $1,200? With the way technology is going we’re not, or I’m not, comfortable buying the newest iPhone or iPad to keep up with it! I can’t afford it, I should have been buying Apple stock instead of all the updates since I’ve been a AT&T/Apple Customer!! 1989 until 2019 is a long time! Do you think they’re getting the best price on cellular, WiFi, television and the rest of my service? I never got my prepaid Visa cards for buying 2 XR phones, WiFi service plus cable T.V. I feel like I was ripped off!!

I’m a bit confused by your post. You want to know when you can upgrade? Or when you should switch back to using Apple products? Or are you saying you’ve been purchasing through your carrier and want to know when you can start back buying through Apple? As far as anyone being able to help you get the best deal for bundling your services...no one here can really help you with that. This is a support forum for Apple products not a service provider.

Then you should buy a different phone, switch cell service providers and cable TV companies.

Did Apple ever tell you that you were going to get prepaid Visa cards? I never saw such an offer.
