Can’t setup Gmail account in Mail app

I updated my iPhone XS to the iOS 13.1.3 and am having issues setting up my Google account in the Mail app. I tap on Google, then it asks to go to google to sign in then I get a message saying to turn on cookies? Any suggestions on what the problem might be? I’ve included a screenshot below of the error message.
