Hotspot - Limited connectivity

Anyone have issues with hotspot only allowing access to limited number of websites?

iPhone XR on Verizon network connecting to dell Inspiron 5720 laptop.

iPhone is 2 months old. Purchased new at Verizon. Hotspot worked for about first month, then stopped working. Since purchase of phone, I’ve done all iOS updates. Made 1 trip to apple store to get camera replaced due to defect of dust beneath camera lens. Sometime after one of those 2 events is when it stopped working.

laptop recognizes my hotspot and connects stating internet access is good. Can get to YouTube and watch videos, local nbc news station website, but can’t get to amazon.com or any other well know sites such as ae.com, gmcard.com, first merchants bank.com

ive done factory reset on my phone twice. Hotspot works for about 2-3 days going anywhere I want online, then stops working.
