Problems in “watch now” screen

Hey there!

I’m unable to scroll past “up next” row on the “watch now” screen on the Apple TV. If I try to go below “up next” it will automatically kick me to the home screen. I’ve tried restarting the device but no luck so far. This is happening on TvOS 13.0, 4th gen.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 12

Same problem here, and I see 4 other posts from other people with the same issue in the last few days.

Try this:

Switch your ATV output to 720p, go to the TV App and scroll down and see if it's still crashing.. If not, switch back to 1080p, and it should still work normally.. This worked for me!
