Apps not updating

I have an issue with App updates is not working.. tried both over WiFi and cellular. My iPhone XS Max running ios 13.1.3.

Apps not updating in App Store Hi The App Store is not downloading or updating apps. I have over 40 apps queuing for update on my iPhone 11 pro max. Tapping the update button or Update All causes the progress indicator to spin, then return to Update. I restarted the device(s), rested network, they did not fix the issue.

Problem solved by using a VPN, apparently there is an issue with local internet provider!
