Orange light on for adaptor but not charging

I bought Macbook pro 15" 2014 model 1 day ago ( second hand) I used it on battery its was working fine , when the battery goes down after 5 hours of working I connect charger but battery was not getting charged up after that the battery fully drained out now the macbook is not powering on. As orange light on for the adopter.

Before when i was pressing the power button its was showing 1 % remaining but now nothing showing up, no sign of power.

I tried SMC reset but nothing happens , no sign of power for the MBP.

Is its the mac safe charger issue or any other?
