Apple Pay locked FOREVER????? 😡🤬

WELL...my Apple Pay has been permanently locked for the last month and a half and has a balance of $1800 on it that I apparently have no access to Apple cannot give me any information as to why it is locked and cannot give me a solution as to how I can fix this!! I feel completely robbed!! IT IS absolutely ridiculous please please can somebody try and help me get this money off that’s not just $20 is $1800 were talking about!!!!

They can’t give me any reason other than the fact that I had a large balance on it and they thought that was unusual absolutely ridiculous nowhere in their terms and conditions does it say they can withhold funds it says they can terminate the banking relationship but they have to send my sons that but yet they refused to the Apple senior cash specialists are complete BS they don’t help they say the same thing over and over I’m sorry but it’s going to remain locked and in definitely and I’m super frustrated with it and I’m trying to find out how I can go about this to get my money back

Our election to exercise the foregoing right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services is in addition to any other right or remedy that we may have under these Terms or otherwise. Our decisions may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to our operation of the Services, management of risk, and protection of Bank and other Users. We may use proprietary fraud and risk modeling when assessing the risk associated with your use of the Services. You understand and agree that such action is reasonable for us to take in order to protect us from loss and ensure the security of the Services. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to grant or deny reinstatement of your use of the Services.
